About the role
We're on the lookout for a bright, fun & bubbly individual to join our team who has experience advertising on meta platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram ads). This role is for someone who has experience creating and managing ads on social media platforms. This role is primarily focused on building lead generation campaigns & optimising ad performance for clients all across the world.

Your core responsibilities:
Preparing Meta (Facebook) Ad creative, including copy, images, and short videos.
Building Meta (Facebook) Ad campaigns to meet the client’s goals, there's no one size fits all approach.
Managing and optimising Meta (Facebook) Ad campaign set up, including pixel setup, audience management, split testing, etc
Creating/updating/optimising landing pages for lead generation, bookings & purchases for increased conversions.
Tracking and managing client budgets for multiple clients consecutively
Creating visuals and templates
Working with your team and collaborating on ideas, promotions and workflow support

Skills we look out for with experienced recruits:
Facebook Ads Manager experience
Experience with eCommerce and lead generation Facebook Ad campaigns
Interpreting Facebook Ad metrics, Analytics, and data
Setting up and troubleshooting Facebook Pixels, Conversion Events, Domain Verification, etc
Copywriting skills
Ability to spot problem areas in a campaign and troubleshoot to optimise
Ability to work with deadlines and deal with client demands
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organisational, time management, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills
Ability to scope, plan and complete tasks both autonomously and collaboratively
Ability to self-learn when and if required with updated or new platforms, and integrations on the go, along with a drive for education and learning new & best practice information
You take pride in the campaigns you build and the results you deliver, always striving to increase ROI and overall profitability
Accountable for jobs, actions, and even errors that may have happened in the process

The role is flexible and can be either part-time or full-time. The hours & pay package will be tailored based on the skills you have.
Our agency is based in Pymble (North of Sydney), and we currently have a dedicated team who are eager to learn, grow, and excel in their roles.
Our team and office have a great vibe, with the perfect mix of fun and efficiency. You will have access to support and guidance when you need it. You will initially undergo a paid 8-week trial to ensure we're a good fit to work together in the long run. This role is an on-site role and we do not offer work-from-home arrangements as we do heavily rely on team involvement. We have a local train station and bus stops within walking distance along with on-site car parking.
This role presents a unique opportunity for someone looking to be part of molding an agency through its growth years, and there will be loads of opportunities for education along the way. Long term, the successful person is expected to play a large part in the growth of the agency.
