About the role

We're on the lookout for a high-performing Facebook Ads expert to manage a team & build, optimise and report on lead generation campaigns & eCommerce for our clients across the globe.

This is your opportunity to join a bespoke Digital Marketing Agency that is growing. Operating in the Australian, NZ, and US markets, seeking a Leader that is experienced in Facebook Ads Management & Marketing.

Your core responsibilities:

  • Growth strategies, including Facebook Ad campaigns and email marketing strategy

  • Preparing Facebook Ad creative, including copy, images, and short videos.

  • Building Facebook Ad campaigns to meet the client’s goals, there's no one size fits all approach.

  • Managing and optimising Facebook Ad campaign set up, including pixel setup, audience management, split testing, etc

  • Providing advice on optimising landing pages for lead generation, bookings & purchases for increased conversions.

  • Tracking and managing client budgets for multiple clients consecutively

  • Managing communication, monthly client zoom meetings & and daily reporting with the team on Facebook Ad results.

 

Additional responsibilities:

  • Mentoring small business clients to help them improve their digital marketing strategy and implementation

  • Managing staff and external contractors who assist with campaign creative

  • Creating SOPs and templates

  • Undertaking digital marketing audits for new clients

  • TikTok Ads

  • Adobe Suite – ie. Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, etc

  • SEO experience

 

Skills and experience

We’re looking for someone with a passion for Facebook Ads and Digital Marketing in general. A degree of expertise of the relevant platforms are essential, but having a balance between a data-minded approach and a creative mindset is also important.

What we’re looking for:

  • A leader who has experience with working and managing a small team

  • Minimum 2 Years Facebook Ads Manager experience, delivering great results either in-house or in an agency

  • Experience with eCommerce and lead generation Facebook Ad campaigns

  • An interest in providing digital marketing coaching/mentoring

  • Master of interpreting Facebook Ad metrics, Google Analytics, and sales data

  • Experience setting up and troubleshooting Facebook Pixels, Facebook Shops, Facebook Catalogues, Conversion Events, Domain Verification, etc

  • Able to write great copy that converts

  • Ability to spot problem areas in a campaign and troubleshoot

  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices

  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with client demands

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Exceptional time management, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills

  • Ability to scope, plan and complete tasks both autonomously and collaboratively

  • Ability to self-learn new software, platforms, and integrations on the go, along with a drive for education and learning new & best practice information.

  • You take pride in the campaigns you build and the results you deliver, always striving to increase ROI and overall profitability.

 

What we offer

Full-time role (38hrs) or permanent part-time pro-rata flexible role (25hrs+) for the right candidate who is keen to incorporate this role within their busy life.

We offer a fantastic work/life balance that is not bound by the 9-5—most of our staff work hours that suit their lives and families. Of course, there will be times you're required to work certain days or hours when working collaboratively or for client meetings, but your hours will not be set in stone. 

The role is flexible and can be either full-time (38hrs) or 25hrs+ across 5 days to suit your needs. We work with clients around the world, so flexibility is essential, and we live & breathe it!

Our agency is based in Pymble (North of Sydney), and we currently have a dedicated team who are eager to learn, grow, and excel in their roles. This role does also have work-from-home flexibility due to the current global situation but once restrictions have been lifted we require you to be present on-site with the rest of the team. We have a local train station and bus stops within walking distance along with on-site car parking.

Our team and office has a great vibe, with the perfect mix of fun and efficiency.

You won't be micromanaged. Instead, you will be given autonomy and flexibility to manage and prioritise the workload across the company & delegate to the team to consistently deliver exceptional results on time, within budget, and to our usual high standards. You will have access to support and guidance when you need it. 

You will initially undergo a six-month trial to ensure we're a good fit to work together in the long run.

This role presents a unique opportunity for someone looking to be part of molding an agency through its growth years, and there will be loads of opportunities for education along the way. Long term, the successful person is expected to play a large part in the leadership of the agency.
